I recently purchased a home in California that is severely termited and has dry rot in the main support beams so they need to be replaced which is pretty expensive I was told at the time of purchase that there were minor repairs like replacing the kitchen faucet and sink and the rain gutters I also had to replumb the entire home because the plumbing was all corroded I was a first time buyer and I feel I was taken advantage of. Is there anyone out there who could give me legal advise regarding if I can do anything about why I wasnt told about the termites or dry rot? Please Help!!!!

and you did not get your own independent survey done ???
